Renée Pfister Art & Gallery Consultancy is delighted to present Annabel Dover’s cyanotype prints. The Weed series  is from plants collected in Emma Darwin’s garden. These species border the path to Charles Darwin’s greenhouse. Unlike the other plants in the garden of Down House, they are planted for beauty and Dover included the weeds which grow in these borders. Darwin was in particular interested in how weeds developed and survived. He created his own weed bed, which he dug into his otherwise pristine lawn.
