Here is a scene of devastation and bleakness, conveyed in bright, joyful, and psychedelic colours. A snowy landscape, with a wooden house immersed in hot red fiery flames is the central focus point for this composition. Three disposed empty cans lie beside the house. The burning house is enclosed by a low wooden fence and a border of hills. But are these obstacles enough to keep the evils out? A lone wolf and a gloopy monster creep along the outside of the fence and observe the damage. While the subject of this piece, is a barren landscape of devastation, the vibrant musical colours transform the wreckage which dances into life.
